Sports Conditioning
Students will learn the mechanics of the major lifts as well as engage in metabolic conditioning to enhance performance. All students will learn proper technique before allowing to progress. Conditioning will include jumping, running, lifting, core work.
Classes are held Monday/Wed at 6:30 pm, and Saturday 10:30 am
