Happy almost fall, everyone! First I want to welcome two new faces to the staff at Another Level! Welcome to Tyler Schmitt, who will be taking over the Friday 5:15 pm classes. Watch out! There may be beer and burgers on a regular basis! Katie Martin will be front and center as our new Power Yoga instructor. Details are below.
Up next, LABOR DAY! Hero WOD is TBA, but I'm sure no matter what comes out of the hat this year, it is sure to be sweaty fun. Class is at 10 am. I'll be throwing some meat on the grill for lunch. Bring fruit and veggies to share. You can have dessert after dinner ;)

Katie will be teaching Wednesdays at 6:30 pm. Bring your own mat, please. She will provide the sweat. This class is for ALL levels. Yoga punch cards are available for $150 for 10 classes or you can pay $20 per drop in. Yoga is included in your membership if you have an unlimited account. Contact me to upgrade.
KICKSTART is coming! We are the areas ONLY Balanced Habits Nutrition provider! This program is INCREDIBLE! Just ask anyone who has done it. Colby will talk your ear off :) Please let me know if you are interested ASAP-- IT WILL SELL OUT--- it always does. You'll be getting meal plans, portion sizes from our nutritionist, Carolyn Fetters, body comp info, weekly check-ins, about 60 recipes...basically a roadmap for success. Nobody here diets.

Lastly, for now, the ESAC. The Eastern Shore Affiliate Challenge, aka the Zombie Apocalypse 2018, is happening in Cambridge. Hosted by Five Fold CrossFit, and programmed by Coach Mike, it is a gathering of all of the Eastern Shore's CrossFit Affiliates for a friendly competition. Date: October 27th. Registration is LIVE. A note on programming. All the Girls, all September! We will be hitting a MESS of benchmarks and max lifts. All of the lifting (not the conditioning) will be on Zen Planner by next week. You'll be able to see the entire month of lifts. Please make it a priority to get there on those days so that you can build off of your max lifts to work out your percentages. Also, make sure to register for classes EARLY. With Kickstart, we will have full classes and you might not get in when you want.
