ESAC (Eastern Shore Affiliate Challenge)
The theme is the Zombie Apocalypse and since Halloween is around the corner, we will be dressing the part! Our theme color is red. Make-up and theatrics are strongly encouraged! Even if you are not participating, you can be a judge and register as such.

Bring a friend week is back again! Share your workouts with a friend from 10/15-10/20, on the house! You do not need to be present for your friend to come to class. Register with the link below.

Small Business Saturday Promos!
We want to promote your small business!! We will be featuring promotions through Facebook posts for our members and their small businesses. Place your business card in the jar at the gym to have your biz featured on our Facebook page. The jar is located in the entryway. If you have a website, please make sure it is on the card. If you are running any specials that you would like to feature, please include that info.
