"So I took a step to get healthier and joined CrossFit on September 25th. Currently I’m down 20 lbs and 10 inches overall. Besides being the strongest I’ve ever been and feeling absolutely amazing I have met some of the best people there who support me on this journey. Also thank you to all my friends who listen to me ramble about how much CrossFit has changed my life and how I’m addicted.
