EASTON’S PREMIER NUTRITION AND FITNESS PROGRAM
How does it work? Each participant receives a structured road map on how to eat and exercise to reach their goals under the support and guidance of a Balanced Habits Certified Food Coach. Each week, you will be face-to-face with a Food Coach, who will take a look at your food journal and discuss your choices, exercise, and overall well-being. Recipes, meal planning, and accountability--this is a full service, hands-on plan. You WILL succeed.
