This program is different. IT WORKS.
How? Each participant receives a structured road map on how to eat and exercise to reach their goals under the support and guidance of a Balanced Habits Certified Food Coach. Each week a Food Coach will visit your workplace for your journal and weight checks. Average weight loss is over 10 pounds in the first 4 weeks. Recipes, meal planning, and accountability--this is a full service, hands-on plan. You WILL succeed. This is a 4 week program, usually run 3-4 times per year, depending on your preferences
Pricing per participant:
With gym membership: $199 per person
With NO membership: $99, per person
All programs receive recipes, weekly check ins, custom portion sizing, diabetic information, and unlimited access to a Food Coach.

Other programs: We provide hands on, custom nutrition services through our nutritionist, registered dietician, and diabetes expert. 12 Week programs are available with (and without) personal training, private appointments, and group coaching. Pricing starts at $929 for full service, in house programs.
