How to use the Boost Program
Boost is designed to give you an edge! You'll find that there are meal suggestions for “Gals” and “Guys.” Most men will need more calories than most women. This reflected in those suggestions.
The meals for ladies are a little smaller than those for men. Here's the FAQ:
WHAT DO I DO AGAIN?
Eat every 4 hours
Eat NOTHING with calories in it between meals (technically diet soda is ok, but if you want to get healthy, cut it out)
Start with your protein, get in as much of the carbohydrate as possile and then fill in with the fat.
Write down what you eat—SUPER IMPORTANT.
DO I HAVE TO EAT THIS MUCH??
Ladies: If you have trouble eating as much as you have been prescribed, you may eat half of the men's meals. Men: you may go to the “gals” portion sizes.
AM I GOING TO GET FAT EATING THIS MUCH?
Work slowly to the portion sizes, always eating your protein first. In order for you body to function well, you must fuel the machine! Cars won't drive with an empty tank. Working up slowly is called reverse dieting. Believe me, you'll be hungry for all of the food soon enough.
WILL I GET FAT EATING BEFORE BED?
Absolutely not! The leanest, meanest lifters in the gym eat right before bed. Every one of them.
I DON'T LIKE THIS OR THAT?
Don't eat it. Swap it out for something else on the list. If you want something that isn't listed, just text! We've been at this a while and someone will get back to you with how much to eat.
